Of course! Inside the park you can find life jackets for rent. Rental prices are $15 per hour or $60 for the whole day.All our life jackets are sanitized for your greater safety and are mandatory to wear during your stay in deep water areas.

Yes, the park has first aid care for visitors; you can find it next to the souvenirs shop, and it is available throughout the park's service hours, that is from 8:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs.Every day of the year there is first aid trained staff inside the park. And during peak seasons of the year, we have medical care from the Red Cross.
We suggest arriving early, the park is greatly enjoyed. You can even come to have breakfast with us — some delicious Huastec enchiladas or home-cooked food!
No, your entry ticket applies only once per person, meaning there is no re-entry. If you leave and wish to visit the park again, you must pay the entry fee.
Only at some establishments inside the park are credit or debit cards accepted, and these are El Bohío de Mr Fish, Souvenirs, and our convenience store La Chozita.All other establishments are cash payment, including the park entrance.
Yes, we are a pet-friendly place. However, it is important that you know that for your pet to enter it must have a leash, be under the care and supervision of its owner, and you must clean up after your pet.
We love welcoming groups of tourists, and for them we grant 1 complimentary park entry per every 20 paid persons. Additionally, certified guides who have their certification credentials do not pay.
