Emergency Brigades

Our team is trained and ready to act. In case of emergency, identify our brigades by the color of their vest:

🔴 Red Vest — Fire Brigade: Trained to prevent and control fire outbreaks

🟢 Green Vest — Evacuation Brigade: Will guide you safely to shelter areas

🟤 Brown Vest — First Aid Brigade: Provides initial medical attention when needed

🔵 Blue Vest — Search and Rescue Brigade: Specialized in location and assistance in critical situations

In Case of Emergency:

Absolutely. We have exclusive shallow areas perfect for kids. "La Playita" features natural beach zones where little ones can play with supervision. We also have certified lifeguards in all main areas and life jackets available in all sizes, including for babies.

It's not required. We offer life jackets at no extra cost with the Full Adventure package, or for rent at $60. There are many shallow areas where you can enjoy yourself without knowing how to swim. However, if you plan to jump from the high platforms, swimming ability is required.

The park operates in light rain. In fact, many visitors enjoy the experience in the rain. However, in the event of an electrical storm or dangerous weather conditions, the area is temporarily evacuated for safety. If the park closes due to extreme weather, your ticket is valid for another date. Check our policy with the virtual assistant.

No, the park does not allow outside food or beverages. However, we have several restaurants with varied menus and affordable prices inside the park. There are also snack and cafeteria options available. The Family and Adventure packages include food discounts.

Yes, we offer secure locker service for $30 pesos plus a refundable deposit of $200 pesos. It is also included at no cost with the Full Adventure package. Security staff can also assist you with your belongings at the storage area.

We recommend between 4 and 6 hours to fully enjoy the park. This gives you time to explore all the waterfalls, walk the trails, eat at a leisurely pace, and enjoy both the relaxation and adventure areas. Some visitors spend the entire day.
