Your park entry includes access to the park's attractions, restroom and shower service, rest areas, and pet areas.

The general admission price is $200 per person and $150 for senior citizens with INAPAM. Parking is $100 per vehicle.

Yes! For your greater convenience we have parking for cars inside the park. However, we do not have parking for buses. Groups are advised to prepare their arrival logistics.Parking is limited to 180 spots; in case the park's parking is full, there are nearby areas that also provide this service.

  • Professional cameras or drones*

Of course! Inside the park you can find life jackets for rent. Rental prices are $15 per hour or $60 for the whole day.All our life jackets are sanitized for your greater safety and are mandatory to wear during your stay in deep water areas.

Yes, it is possible. Almost all our entrances are equipped so that people in wheelchairs can access.

Of course, at the park entrance there is our Souvenirs store. You will find incredible mementos so you never forget your visit.

Yes! We want you to feel safe during your visit; you can store your belongings inside our lockers. They are located in the restrooms crossing Miches & Fast Food or the hanging bridge.

Unfortunately, no. We suggest you take precautions with cash. Although some businesses inside already accept card payment.

Yes, the park has first aid care for visitors; you can find it next to the souvenirs shop, and it is available throughout the park's service hours, that is from 8:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs.Every day of the year there is first aid trained staff inside the park. And during peak seasons of the year, we have medical care from the Red Cross.

From 3 years old, children and adults pay the regular entry fee.

Yes, our park entrance as well as the restrooms and showers area is enabled for people with disabilities.

We are open from 8:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs every day of the year.

We suggest arriving early, the park is greatly enjoyed. You can even come to have breakfast with us — some delicious Huastec enchiladas or home-cooked food!

It is not possible to bring in food and beverages. Inside the park you will find restaurants and food options for all tastes.

Alcoholic beverages, weapons, drugs, gas tanks are not allowed, and pets can only enter with a leash and under the supervision of their owners.

Only at some establishments inside the park are credit or debit cards accepted, and these are El Bohío de Mr Fish, Souvenirs, and our convenience store La Chozita.All other establishments are cash payment, including the park entrance.

Due to the low cost of entry and parking, we do not currently handle discounts or promotions of any kind.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly place. However, it is important that you know that for your pet to enter it must have a leash, be under the care and supervision of its owner, and you must clean up after your pet.

We love welcoming groups of tourists, and for them we grant 1 complimentary park entry per every 20 paid persons. Additionally, certified guides who have their certification credentials do not pay.
